09:00 PLENARY: Surgical Anatomy Revisited: Application of New Embryological and Physiological Data

09:30 PLENARY: Nasal sinus and basicranial surgical anatomy: guidelines, limits and how to recognize a difficult endosinus procedure?

10:30 Break

10:50 PLENARY: Pre-operative installation and ergonomics of the workstation. The equipment to be used for sinus surgery: video column, endoscope, instrumentation, microdebridator, neuronavigation, balloon sinus.

12:00 PLENARY: Post-operative care, recommendations and normal course

09:00 PLENARY: Maxillary sinus approaches: techniques, limits and indications

09:30 ANATOMICAL DISSECTION (1 participant/head)

Bilateral middle meatotomy – sphenopalatine artery search – Inferior meatotomy – Bilateral complete ethmoidectomy – bilateral sphenoidotomy

14:00 - 16:30 ANATOMICAL DISSECTION (1 participant/head)

Draf III – milling of sphenoid walls and identification of vasculo-nervous structures

DAY 3: CFXM Staff Room – Pellegrin University Hospital

08:30 LIVE SURGERIES

Interaction with the room and live discussion (middle meatotomy, balloon sinus, anterior ethmoidectomy, bilateral complete ethmoidectomy, sphenoidotomy, DCR...)

Each intervention is interspersed with clinical cases and surgical video
